Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and MaxReady Pow LLC ("MaxReady Pow", "we", "us"). By using our website or products, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What these terms cover

These terms cover this website, maxreadypow.com, and any MaxReady Pow product that links to them. If a product has its own terms, those terms apply to that product and take priority over these wherever the two differ.

Apps you download from Apple's App Store are also licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless the app's listing says otherwise.

Using our products

You may use our website and products for their intended purpose and in line with the law. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell or republish our products or their content without our written permission;
• reverse engineer a product, or try to get around its security or access limits;
• interfere with a product or with other people's use of it;
• use a product to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.

Accounts

Some products ask you to create an account. Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time, either inside the product or by emailing us.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some products offer paid features or subscriptions through Apple's App Store. The price, the length of the subscription and what it includes are shown before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information you put into our products. You give us permission to store and process it only so that we can run the product for you. You are responsible for having the right to enter that information.

Our content

Our products, including their design, text, code and names, belong to MaxReady Pow LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Names and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not mean they endorse us.

No warranty

We work to keep our products accurate and available, but we provide them "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Our products are tools to help you, and decisions you make with them are your own.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MaxReady Pow LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Ending use

You can stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. We may also change or discontinue a product, and where that affects a paid subscription we will give reasonable notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Using our products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
